Objective:
As a homeschooling mom since 1999, I have taught a vast array of topics including crafts to my children as well as having taugh a few crafts to my dear husband, including scrapbooking. I enjoy sharing my love of scrapbooking, cardmaking, and altered art with others and as such, I have taught and shared new techinques with not only my family members, but with my scrapbooking friends, both online and in person.

I have recently begun organizing crop events for the ladies in our church, many of whom are new scrapbookers. I teach them a new technique or project each month along with including games, challenges, door prizes, and individual crop time. We have a blast!!

I enjoy being a member on scrapbook related message boards as well as being a Design Team Member for online stores. It makes me happy to know that I am inspiring others to get out their pictures and SCRAP them to tell their stories.

Styles & Techniques:
I describe my style as eclectic because I scrap simple to more elaborate depending on what I am working with. I love clean designs but don't mind junkin' it up from time to time. I create layouts in sizes of 8.5x11, 12x12, as well as 6x6 but have also created 3x3, 4x5, 8x8, and 11x8.5. I also enjoy creating handmade cards and altered projects to share with my family and friends.

More about me:
I began creating layouts in December of 2000 and shortly thereafter, began creating cards. Since then, I delved into the altered art world and have created gifts for friends and family as well as for personal use. I alos enjoy creating digital layouts using Adobe PhotoShop 7.

My wonderful husband and I have seven children (4 boys and 3 girls). We live in the country on five acres with a few farm animals, including a crazy cat. The children, the animals and the gorgeous scenery here in this beautiful state we live in, provides me with many pictures to scrap.
