Journaling
Style and Techniques:
I do not fear color. I use it boldly and freely. Color and patterns set the mood for a piece, and I utilize all my paper, inks, and textures to create a visual pleasing palette. If I can't seem to find the right match, I will pull out inks and paint to create the right color.
Favorite techniques: paint, rubber stamps, and stretching myself. I like to take a current technique and put an unique spin on it.
Journaling: As a writer at heart, the story dictates the style. It is important to me to capture the tone of the experience.
Textology: I love finding just the right font to seal the tone of a piece. If I don't have one in my list, I will go and search for it.
